Tyler "The Hulk" Bingham wrote a kill order in his own urine on August 14, 1997, from inside ADX Florence — the country's most secure federal prison. Two weeks later, two men he had never met were dead. Tyler Davis Bingham was one of three senior leaders who sat on the Aryan Brotherhood's Commission — the body that authorized every major operation, including executions. Across three decades inside the federal prison system, the organization was responsible for 32 documented murders and attempted murders. Bingham was personally convicted of three: the killings of Arva Lee Ray, Frank Joyner, and Abdul Salaam. The 110-page RICO indictment charged 40 defendants. Federal prosecutors asked for the death penalty against 16 of them, including Bingham. They did not get it.
