Professor Francis Robinson [Royal Holloway University] on Muslims of British India
Dr Francis Robinson is a professor of slamic History. He is an authority on this subject especially with reference to Islam in South Asia. Prof Robinson has authored books and many articles on this very phase of Islamic history. In this video, Prof Robinson explains how Muslims were split in to sects on various religio-political issue, hence negating the allegation that the British Government needed to do something to disunite the already disintegrated and disunited Muslims of the World.
