Extension of Time No. 1 for Commission Review and Approval No. 955 PROJECT PLANNER: JAZMIN SERRATO, ASSOCIATE PLANNER Consideration of a request for Extension of Time No. 1 – A request for a one-year extension to the expiration date for Commission Review and Approval No. 955, an approved project to construct a 4-story hotel with 52 guest rooms, totaling approximately 35,963 square feet, and related on-site improvements including parking lot, landscape, lighting, and utilities. The project site is a 0.77-acre vacant parcel located at the northeast corner of Plum Lane and Idaho Street (APN: 0292-341-26-0000) in the Office/Industrial District of Specific Plan No. 25. 4. PUBLIC HEARING to consider a Socio-Economic Cost/Benefit Study prepared for the project proposed by Commission Review and Approval No. 823, Revision No. 2. 2. Consideration of Revision No. 2 to Commission Review and Approval No. 823 - A request to demolish 2,742 square feet of an existing automobile dealership service facility, and construct 16 new service bays within an 8,178 square foot addition as well as construct a 2,902 square-foot detached carwash/detail building. The subject property is located at 921 New York Street (APN: 0169-011-37-0000) within the General Commercial (EV/CG) District of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan. The proposal is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. 12:55 B. PUBLIC HEARING to consider and make a recommendation to the City Council on the following matters concerning a proposed ordinance revising the alcohol beverage sales regulations under Redlands Municipal Code Title 18: 1. A determination that the proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15378(b)(5); and 2. Ordinance Text Amendment No. 373 - A proposal to amend Title 18 (Zoning Regulations) of the Redlands Municipal Code, Chapter 18.190 (Alcohol Beverage Sales Establishment Regulations), to amend the definition of Alcohol Beverage Sales Activity and to establish the allowable hours for serving alcohol beverages for on-site consumption to between 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight) of the same day. 6.
