ACTION ITEMS (DISCUSSION/ACTION): D.1. Approval to Accept Updates to the Imperial Police Department Policy Manual through Lexipol. D.2. Acceptance of work completed for the 7th, 10th & 14th Streets Rehabilitation Project. Presenter: Othon Mora, Community Development Director Recommended Action: Approve the balancing change order, accept the work completed, and authorize staff to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's Office. D.3. Approve Resolution No. 2026-44, certifying the city is in compliance with the Gann Spending Limit for FY 2026-2027. Presenter: Victor Manriquez, Finance Director Recommended Action: Staff recommends Council adopt Resolution #2026-44 establishing the Gann Spending Limit at $25,275,550 for FY 2026-2027. D.4. Appoint one (1) City Representative to the County of Imperial Data Center Advisory Committee. Presenter: Dennis H.
