"EASTER CAKES" Today I'm sharing these adorable "Easter Cakes" 😊😊😊😊 with chocolate frosting. Here's the recipe 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 and you know the video will be on the Mundo Thermomix España YouTube channel in a little while. 📝INGREDIENTS📝 ▪️4 eggs ▪️100ml milk ▪️30g fresh yeast ▪️500g strong flour ▪️100g sugar (70g + 30g) ▪️5g salt ▪️70g lard . . 📍PREPARATION📍 . . 1️⃣Beat 1 egg and put half in the bowl along with the other 3 eggs. Set the other half aside. Add the milk, flour, 70g sugar (set aside the other 30g), yeast, and salt. Mix for 2 minutes on the dough setting, gradually adding the lard in pieces through the lid opening. 2️⃣ Let the dough rest in the bowl until it rises to the top of the measuring cup or until it has doubled in volume. 3️⃣ Sprinkle the work surface with flour, turn the dough out onto it, knead it, and divide it into four pieces. Shape each piece and cover it with a cloth for 1 hour to allow the dough to rise. 4️⃣ Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Once hot, bake for 4 minutes and remove from the oven. Brush with the reserved egg, add the moistened reserved sugar or powdered sugar, and bake until golden brown. Let it cool and cover with chocolate coating that has been melted in the microwave in 30-second bursts. Decorate with grated white chocolate. Let the chocolate harden.
