Seminar on “The Voice of Silence” by Master K Parvathi Kumar conducted at the Biblioteca Teosófica, Buenos Aires, Argentina, August 18 – 20, 2015 About the seminar: When you are in a kind of action you might buy the book ‘The Voice of Silence’ of Madam Blavatsky only to keep it in your bookshelf but it cannot be in your life. Almost all persons who know Madam Blavatsky have bought the book ‘The Voice of Silence’. We should be able to withdraw from the activity of senses at will. Withdraw the activity of the mind, of the incoming thought. Then you are in the 9th nature, as pure consciousness. At that point you don’t even feel the body. That pure consciousness is an expression of the truth. Truth cannot be seen but the expression can be seen. It is that pure consciousness which carries that humming sound. The Anahata sound is what we call the sound of silence. You are in the 9th state and relate to the 10th state. You relate to the absolute existence. It is Dhyana, the 7th step of yoga, where the voice of silence is heard. Every day we need to sit a certain hour to delink to all the three fold activity and get into the 9th.
