Seminar on “The Externalisation of Hierarchy" by Master K Parvathi Kumar conducted at the Campus of the "Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona”, Spain, June 5-7, 2015. The theme given for this group life is “The Externalisation of Hierarchy”. The Divine Plan is intended for manifestation on earth, but it is blocked by humanity. The externalisation of Hierarchy is related to the activation of the throat centre of humanity. The throat has to be kept extraordinarily pure. It can only happen through truthful speaking, to speak with love, to produce harmony and not conflict. Every time we speak with conflict, we are spoiling the throat and the throat in turn destroys the personality. Each one has to do it by himself or herself to ensure that all we express through our throat is one of love, of good will and of service. The more and more we orient to serve, the more there is the possibility for the Hierarchy to externalise.
