How To Identify a Real Morel From a False Morel
On our last morel mushroom hunt we found a type of false morel as well. Some "false morels" are toxic and they can be much more difficult to distinguish from each other "false morels" so we don't advocate eating them. If you are picking wild edibles to eat, always be aware that you are doing so at your own risk so educate yourself.
