They come in pans and tubes from your local art supplies store, right? Wrong! The magic begins way before that! Royal Talens Experience Center in Apeldoorn, NL, offers an amazing opportunity to see how paints are made. I think it is important for artists to know what goes into the production of the paints they use. This makes your paint with a new kind of appreciation and joy. On my recent visit to Royal Talens, I took a tour of the factory and it really blew my mind!
