文太郎道 と 須磨アルプス　～“孤高の人”が歩いた旧道をゆく～

We went to the Suma Alps via the "Buntaro Trail," a route Nao-chan had wanted to take for a while♪ Regarding Kato Buntaro, Nao-chan said that reading his novel, "The Solitary Man," is incredibly moving, especially at his final moments (according to her)^^; We climbed while listening to her talk about various novels. At first, we were using honorifics like "Kato Buntaro-san" and "Buntaro-san," but this old trail was quite challenging! Partway through, we started calling him "Buntaro! The trail is too rocky!" without any honorifics lol Wow☆ It was quite a rock climb. There was a detour, so even I managed somehow... but it would have been absolutely impossible for Mori alone! After somehow making it to the top of the steep climb, we joined the current ridgeline trail and immediately reached Tsugao-yama♪ I also climbed to the observation deck for the first time^^ I've always been too tired to climb it before lol From here, we descended to Itayado via our usual refreshing (?) route☆ But! This is where we received our first message from a viewer! @@ "Morito Nao-san...? Right?" they called out to me. My mind was racing! "Huh? Who? Who are these beautiful ladies and refreshing guys?" "Could they be YouTubers I follow?" "Wow. I'm always editing and don't watch many videos! This is bad!"...and so on! Apparently, even Nao-chan thought I was pretty flustered ^^; Because I hadn't even considered that they might call out to me! I could only manage to say thank you, and afterwards I regretted not talking to them more TT They were such a lovely couple ✨ I was so happy 💕 Thank you so much ^^ And so, as we approached the foot of the mountain, the Kawazu cherry blossoms were in full bloom 🌸 It was a shame the plum blossoms on the mountaintop weren't there. I felt incredibly refreshed here ✨ Today was another great mountain climb ♪ This will surely be a day I'll remember forever ^^ *Note: "The Solitary Man" is a novel by Jiro Nitta, based on the life of Buntaro Kato. ...The story that he died in a climbing accident because of the last climber he was with is not true. It is a novel (fiction) based on many facts. Please note that the character in the novel differs greatly from the model, Tomihisa Yoshida. However, as a novel, it's an incredibly moving and beautiful story, so please do give it a read.
