Los músicos de la VIEJA ESCUELA me pusieron a PRUEBA 😱🔥
Today I decided to hit the streets of Culiacán to face one of the biggest challenges I've had as a musician… testing my talent against the true masters of Norteño and Regional Mexican music. 🎶🪗 In this video, I visited several old-school musicians, street musicians with years of experience who have dedicated a large part of their lives to music and who truly know what it means to earn respect by playing in the streets, restaurants, and other venues with pure talent and passion. The goal was clear: for them to put me to the test and discover if I really have what it takes to be considered a professional musician… or if I'm just another run-of-the-mill musician. 😳🔥 During this journey, I encountered true hidden talents on the streets of Culiacán, incredible musicians who gave me different challenges and tests with the accordion, from playing classic songs to keeping up with them on tracks that very few people know these days. There were moments of pressure, nerves, laughter, and also many lessons that are honestly worth far more than any recognition. 🙏🏻 Besides challenging me, we also had the opportunity to talk about the music of yesteryear, about what it was like to play back then, and about the importance of keeping old-school regional Mexican music alive—that music that never goes out of style and continues to touch people's hearts. ❤️🎵 Each of these gentlemen shared invaluable advice with me about the accordion, music, and life itself. Advice that only experience and time can teach. And honestly, it was an honor for me to spend time with, play with, and learn from people with so much talent and humility. In this video, you'll also hear classic songs, traditional norteño music, and very special moments that remind us why Mexican music has so much feeling. 🎶🔥 Which musician impressed you the most? Do you think I have talent, or do I still have a lot to learn? 😅🪗 If you enjoyed this video and believe in street talent, don't forget to: 🔔 SUBSCRIBE and turn on notifications. 👍 LIKE the video so we can continue supporting more musicians. 💬 COMMENT which song you'd like to see on this album.
