Polish Proud | LOT Polish Airlines to Chicago | WAW - ORD | Dreamliner 787-8 | Travel Trip Report

After amazing flight on brand new MAX from Kraków to Warsaw and a short layover in Poland's Capital I again took a flight on LOT Polish Airlines. This time I flew back home to Chicago. Due to time restriction, I didn't visit the lounge but if I remember correctly, it was a nice one with decent selection of Polish favorites. As this over 9-hour long journey was operated by one of many PLL LOT Dreamliners I knew it was time to enjoy it. Food was very tasty and of course I went with famous PIEROGI ;) That was delicious and even they had to be reheated tasted very good. As a cabin ... mhm it's not even average anymore. It feels outdated and in need of a change. Good news is LOT announced they will refurbish all their Dreamliners starting early 2027 and finally all 787s will have new Business Class similar to one from American Airlines. As flight was going to the end, I really started to feel tired. It was a long day to me which started with train from Gliwice to Kraków then flight to Warsaw and journey to SWEET HOME CHICAGO.
