Ahoy legends, this week I go cast netting the huge prawns that run at Nudgee Beach, and by the looks of things the secret is definitely out! My partner in crime for this trip is good mate Gav and both of us are itching to get our first big haul of prawns for the season! Luckily we didn't have to wait very long at all! After a couple of successful mornings and plenty of big prawns for a feed I head into the kitchen for what turns out to be one of my most epic cook ups yet!
