Pesquisador diz que microfábrica pode ser montada com cerca de R$ 60 mil

On Agro24Cast, researcher Daniel Filho stated that a micro-factory for the production of dehydrated foods can be implemented with an investment of around R$ 60,000. According to him, a small-scale dehydrator costs about R$ 10,000, while a freeze-dryer costs around US$ 5,000 (approximately R$ 30,000). The researcher presented the structure of the unit where he produces items such as powdered tacacá and revealed that new products, such as plantain porridge and cupuaçu chocolate, will be launched.
