广西孩子都吃过的水果，我用它制作传统美食

广西的孩子，很多都有一种共同的童年味道——黄皮果。 黄皮果（Wampee fruit）是广西、广东等中国南方地区非常常见的一种水果，很多农村家庭都会在院子里种上一两棵。每到夏天，树上挂满一串串金黄色的小果子，酸甜开胃，是许多广西人童年的美好回忆。 由于黄皮果不耐保存，也不适合长途运输，所以在两广以外的地方并不常见。 今年夏天我采摘了新鲜黄皮果，和家人一起制作两道传统美食：黄皮果焗鸡和黄皮果酱。 黄皮果独特的酸甜香气，让鸡肉更加鲜美；熬制的黄皮果酱，可以冲水饮用，成为夏日里一杯清爽的家乡味道。 希望通过我的视频，向大家分享广西壮族乡村的美食、文化和真实的生活。 感谢你的观看和支持 ❤️ For many children in Guangxi, China, wampee fruit is a taste of childhood. Wampee fruit is a traditional tropical fruit commonly grown in Guangxi, Guangdong, and other parts of southern China. Many rural families plant one or two wampee trees in their yards. During summer, the trees are filled with clusters of golden fruits, bringing back sweet memories for many local people. Because wampee fruit is difficult to store and transport, it is rarely seen outside southern China. This Summer, I harvest fresh wampee fruits and make two traditional dishes with my family: wampee fruit chicken and homemade wampee fruit jam. The unique sweet and tangy flavor of wampee gives the chicken a special taste. The homemade wampee fruit jam can also be mixed with water to make a refreshing summer drink.
