Gather the ingredients and get ready to make a delicious meal! #NhacGNT #FamilyTemper #RodrigoHilbert Ingredients: 500g cleaned shrimp Juice of ½ lemon ½ cup olive oil 1 teaspoon butter (to add to the oil) 1 tablespoon butter (to sauté the peas) 1 onion 3 cloves garlic 2 cups parboiled rice ½ bunch parsley 1 cup frozen peas 1 onion 1 teaspoon saffron 4 cups boiling water Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Instructions: Season the shrimp with salt, lemon, and black pepper. Set aside. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. In a saucepan, add the oil and butter. Heat over high heat. When hot, add the shrimp and sauté for two to three minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic, sauté well, and then add the rice, stirring to sauté and absorb all the flavor of the shrimp remaining in the broth and in the pan. Add the boiling water and stir. Cook over low heat, half-covered, for 15 to 20 minutes. In a skillet, heat the butter, then add the peas, then the saffron and sauté thoroughly. Before the rice dries completely, add the sautéed peas and shrimp to the rice cooker. Stir in the rice and remove from the heat. Add the chopped parsley and cover the pan to finish drying.
