Your self-sabotage is protecting you (here's how to break the loop)

Self-sabotage isn't you being lazy or not trying hard enough. It's a protection mechanism rooted in your subconscious mind and until you understand what it's actually protecting you from, you'll keep fighting it without ever winning. Your nervous system and subconscious programming are designed to keep you safe. But when old wounds are still running in your body, your system reads even good things as a threat and that's exactly when self-sabotage kicks in. In this video, I break down the full psychology of self-sabotage, the 4 fear-based protective behaviors we all fall into (hiding, people-pleasing, controlling, numbing), the repeating patterns they create and why staying safe now always leads to feeling stuck later. Then I walk you through the 4 steps to finally break the loop: notice the pattern, name the fear underneath, regulate your nervous system and choose differently.
