Ingredients 1.3 lb (600 g) chicken breast 10.5 oz (300 g) mushrooms 1 yellow bell pepper 1 green bell pepper 3–5 tbsp soy sauce 2–3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp olive oil for the potatoes 4 garlic cloves 2 onions 1.1 lb (500 g) potatoes 7–8 cherry tomatoes Wooden skewers Smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to taste 2 tsp Dijon mustard Fresh herbs Recipe Cut the mushrooms, bell peppers, potatoes, onions, garlic, and chicken breast into pieces. Prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce, olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken, mushrooms, and bell peppers to the marinade. Mix well and let marinate for 20 minutes. Place the potatoes in a bowl. Add olive oil, the remaining garlic, and spices to taste. Mix well. Thread the mushrooms, chicken, and bell peppers onto the wooden skewers. Place the skewers on one side of a baking tray. Add the onions and potatoes on the other side, then place the cherry tomatoes on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes.
