Lasagna ai porcini FACILE E VELOCE!! Pranzo di Natale fatto in casa Gluten Free

📝 INGREDIENTS (x 10 prs.) 🍝 FRESH PASTA • 6 eggs • 500 g of flour • Salt to taste. 🍮 BECHAMEL • 150 g of butter • 90 g of rice flour • 2 liters of milk • Salt and nutmeg to taste 🍄 MUSHROOMS • 2 kg of porcini mushrooms • 1 clove of garlic • Oil, butter, salt to taste 🧀 Parmesan Reggiano q.b. In view of the great Christmas meals I proceed, with my mother at my side, to prepare some traditional dishes. I took out of the freezer some of the porcini mushrooms I collected this last season for the now famous porcini mushroom lasagna.
