The knee's "sac" (suprapatellar bursa) acts like a caterpillar, sliding under the skin and muscle when bending and straightening the knee. If this bursa becomes adhered and stiff, the caterpillar gets stuck, causing friction and pain within the joint with every movement. By reconditioning this bursa and enhancing its gliding properties, the "tightness" felt when bending the knee disappears and pressure within the joint dramatically decreases. First, create "room for movement" in your knee and prepare to avoid pain! Hello!
