Today I embarked on a 5-hour journey to try the best barbacoa tacos in the region of Tlaxcala, Mexico. As we all know, Mexican food is famous for its delicious variety of dishes, and today I'll show you why barbacoa is an all-time favorite. Barbacoa is a dish that has been prepared for centuries in Mexico and passed down from generation to generation, giving each recipe its own special touch. On this food tour, I tried different places to find the perfect barbacoa taco flavor, and I must say, I found it! It's no surprise that lamb barbacoa is one of the most popular in the region, and I can't wait for you to try it too. During my trip, I also learned a bit more about the local cuisine and discovered some of the most popular street food dishes. I loved how each dish had a unique and authentic flavor that made it special. Plus, the atmosphere at the food stalls was incredibly welcoming and made you feel like you were in a true culinary paradise. Regional cuisine is one of my favorite things about Mexico, and this trip was no exception. From the ingredients to the way each dish is prepared, everything is designed to delight the senses.
