New custom RealDash design for my Tomy Turnin' Turbo Dashboard OutRun conversion

I added an authentic(ish) retro design dashboard to my Tomy Turnin' Turbo Dashboard OutRun & RealDash conversion project. Whilst it's great being able to switch between the new modern premium dashboards using RealDash, I'd always wanted an option that was close to the look of the original Tomy toy from the 80s. The design is actually based on the Tomy 'Racing Turbo Dashboard', which is a variant of the original 'Turnin' Turbo Dashboard', and happens to be the version I had and used for the conversion. It has a slightly different layout and a little more colour, but all the active gauges are in exactly the same place and the game plays exactly the same between the two. The original design didn't have a 'gear' indicator though, and I really wanted to add it since all the other dashboards I've used so far include it. So I created a custom design in the style of the orginal, stealing some of the (large) area reserved for the speed indicator to add the gear. Also in this version, the odometer and trip meter are also active, with their values calculated by RealDash based on the speed & time, which is a pretty cool feature.
