This Three Cheese Meat Pie Is Our New Family Favourite

Sausage meat, three cheeses and a tomato mascarpone sauce — all under a golden pastry lid. 🥧 Today I'm sharing one of the most indulgent and flavour-packed pies I've ever made here at Wall Flowers — a Three Cheese Sausage Meat Pie, and every single ingredient came from my local food discount store, saving perfectly good food from going to waste. I started by frying onions and sausage meat with thyme and oregano, then added carrots and boiled potatoes, all brought together with a rich tomato and mascarpone sauce. The real showstopper? THREE cheeses — mozzarella, brie and gorgonzola — layered in before the golden pastry lid went on. Just 30 minutes at gas mark 6 and this beauty was on the table.
