There are six foot positions in ballet, numbered 1-6. Of these, positions 4 and 5, which tighten the thigh and butt muscles the most, require careful instruction to perform correctly. Many of you may be concerned about pelvic distortion in position 4, so today, I've recorded a video to help you follow along easily. The video doesn't have many repetitions, but since these movements can be performed even in confined spaces, try repeating them!
