We cook everything at 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes, until the eggplants become soft and delicious. After the eggplants and vegetables are cooked, we remove the ripe pulp from the tomatoes and combine it with the olive oil flavored with garlic, forming an extraordinary sauce. We add this sauce generously over the ripe eggplants, enriching them with an intense aroma and an irresistible taste. For the spectacular ending, we sprinkle grated cheese over the eggplant halves and put them in the oven for another 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and forms a golden and delicious crust.
