Henry's fractured pedal bone - SW Farriers

In this video we venture out in the freezing cold and impassable snowy lanes on foot to re-visit Henry, who unfortunately fractured his pedal bone on Christmas Eve. As an emergency call out we saw henry on Christmas day to assess the injury, and we suspected there may also have been an abscess, so we didn't want to place the cast on straight away, but after checking and realising this isn't the case, we gave Henry a little trim and place a cast on. The cast will help close up the fracture as seen on the x-rays in the video, and fingers crossed Henry should have made a full recovery when we next visit the yard to remove the cast.
