Add the remaining milk and knead again. Remove from the bowl, place on the counter, and knead with Knead the dough with a little more force for 10 minutes, trying not to add too much flour, as the dough should be tender and soft with a characteristic of crunch. Start frying the donuts, watching them constantly and turning them every 30 seconds. They usually need 1 minute per side to be fully cooked. Remove from the oil and place in a container lined with absorbent paper to remove any oil. Prepare a glaze, if desired, with: 1 cup powdered sugar 4 tablespoons water Mix everything well and the glaze is ready While the donuts are still warm, dip them in the glaze and then sprinkle with powdered sugar, chocolate powder, chocolate sprinkles, or whatever you like.
