Sabara and Grimal Jaboticaba Trees
Our Sabara jaboticaba was purchased in June 2008 and planted about a year later. It was about seven feet tall at the time of purchase. After getting some nutrition problems corrected in 2011, it has grown very well and has produced fruit for us for quite a few years now with up to three crops a year. This is the first time we've seen overlapping crops on it. Our Grimal jaboticaba is about five years old and has fruited for the past two years. We will probably remove some banana plants so that it gets more sun so we can get more fruit from it. Here is a video update of our Sabara jaboticaba 12 days later: • Sabara Jabotica Harvest Update
