Sketchy 1987 R10 - Inspection Prep - Mirrors and Tint Removal

The Sketchy 1987 Chevy R10 (C10) gets some inspection prep done today to get it ready. We start by removing the illegal (In Texas) window tint from all windows and install new mirrors to replace the cracked and chipped ones. We still need to fix the horn, front brakes, install seat belts, and whatever else I find is in the way of passing the inspection.
