This is the episode I have been sitting with for a very long time. Today is a solo episode. No guest. Just me and a conversation I finally found the courage to have. In this episode I speak on what grief actually did to me after losing my mother. Not the surface version. The real one. The aftermath that nobody prepares you for. The friendships that could not hold the new version of me. The isolation. The ambition that quietly depleted. The church that handed me scriptures when I needed compassion. The moments I questioned God and the season I asked Him to give me space. And what it looked like to slowly find my way back.
