Tea in the Yuan and Ming dynasties

Edward continues to elaborate on the next two dynasties, Yuan and Ming. The way tea evolved was due to many factors working together in concert, so Edward started introducing each dynasty in his eyes and the style of art in the period, then talked about tea evolution. In this episode, brewing tea and blue/white porcelain styles became popular and tea styles showed more similarities to today's tea than any time before.
