Driving along the Lower Deschutes River Backcounty Byway and camping at the Twin Springs Bureau of Land Management campground. The campground is very small and is located right along the banks of the river. Also biking along the Backcountry Byway and enjoying the views of the rugged and colorful basalt cliffs of the Deshutes River Canyon.
