This week was fabulous. I loved that the sun was out and I was able to go to the park. Being outside greatly improved my mood. It's crazy to say, but stop using your phones and watch some TV. It will do you some good. I'm reading Dream Count in hopes of writing my autobiographical fiction in that style, and I'm waking up earlier to clean and get things done.
