Original Landhi Zouq Biryani Recipe By Cooking and Kawish
Today I am going to disclose Original Landhi Zouq Biryani Recipe which is unique Beef Biryani Recipe. Address: Landhi #6 Karachi or You can also find on Google maps. 6 Kg Ingridients Step 1 : Beef Yakhni Recipe ( Beef Stock Recipe ) Water : 6 to 7 Liter Ginger and garlic paste: 2 Spoon. Onion : 5 To 6 Medium Size Tomato : 4 To 5 Medium Size Bay Leaf : 4 to 5 Red Chili Flake : 50 To 100 Gram Salt : As per your taste Coriander Seeds 75 Gram and Fennel seeds 75 Gram Will be wrapped in a cloth then Add on it. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on high flame. Then Add Beef 5.5 Kg And 0.5 Kg Fat and Cook for 2 Hour on a Low Flame. After 2 Hour Must Separate Beef And stock On Different Container note ( water should be 3 litre after 2 hour cooking on low flame if water will be dry too much then add hot water) Step : 2 Boiled Beef : 6 Kg Tomato 1.5 Kg Green Chili : 100 Gram Red Chili Flake: 100 Gram to 150 Gram Green Chili Paste: 200 gram to 300 gram Coriander leaves: 2 Bunch Mint Leaves: 2 Bunch Lemon : 6 Lemon Slices Dried plump: 300 Gram Brown Onion: 1 Kg Gram Masala ( Mixture of ground spices) 100 Gram Cumin Seeds : 100 gram Bay Leaf: 10 to 12 Yougurt ( 750 Gram + Gram masala 50 Gram + Tamarind water 50 Ml ) Add Beef Stock ( Yakhni ) : 3 Liter Salt: 1 to 2 Table Spoon because we already add salt in Beef Yakhni Turn on Flame and Cook for 20 minutes on High Flame Step 3 : Boiled Basmati Rice 6 Kg ( 70 Percent Done) Add : Boiled Rice Water : 1 Liter Cook on low flame for 15 minutes After 15 minutes Add Food Colour quarter cup Cooking Oil : 1.5 Liter 2Kg Ingredients : Step 1 : Beef Yakhni Recipe ( Beef Stock Recipe ) Water : 2.5 Liter Ginger and garlic paste: 2 Table Spoon Onion : 2 To 3 Medium Size Tomato : 2 To 3 Medium Size Bay Leaf : 2 Red Chili Flake : 2 Table Spoon Salt : As per your taste Coriander Seeds 25 gram and Fennel seeds 25 gram Will be wrapped in a cloth then Add on it. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on high flame. Then Add Beef 2kg Kg And 0.5 Kg Fat and Cook for 2 Hour on a Low Flame. After 2 Hour Must Separate Beef And stock on Different Container Note ( water should be 1 litre after 2 hour cooking on low flame if water will be dry too much then add hot water) Step : 2 Boiled Beef : 2 Kg Tomato 500 Gram Green Chili : 8 To 10 Red Chili Flake: 3 Table Spoon Green Chili Paste: 4 Tablespoon Coriander leaves: Half Bunch Mint Leaves: Half Bunch Lemon : 3 Medium Lemon Slices Dried plump: 100 Gram Brown Onion: 300 Gram Gram Masala ( Mixture of ground spices) 3 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds : 2.5 Table Spoon Bay Leaf: 3 To 4 Yougurt ( Yogurt 250 Gram + Gram masala 1 table spoon + Tamarind water 2 Table Spoon ) Add Beef Stock ( Yakhni ) : 1 Liter Salt: 1 to 2 Table Spoon because we already add salt in Beef Yakhni Turn on Flame and Cook for 20 minutes on medium flame Step 3 : Boiled Basmati Rice 2 Kg ( 70 Percent Done) Add : Boiled Rice Water : Half Cup Cook on low flame for 15 minutes After 15 minutes Add Food Colour : 1 Table Spoon Cooking Oil : 250 Ml kindly Subscribe my channel for more videos. cooking with kawish.
