Checked)))                                            Exercise 1. Strengthening and restoring the knee joint. Lying down. For the left leg. Perform this exercise lying on your right side. Your right leg is bent at the knee and pulled up to your stomach. Your left leg is straight. I move my left foot inward. I lift my left leg up. I hold the top position for 1 second. I lower it to the starting position. I rest for 1 second. 3 reps x 3 sets. For the right leg. Perform this exercise lying on your left side. Your left leg is bent at the knee and pulled up to your stomach. Your right leg is straight. I move my right foot inward. I lift my right leg up. I hold the top position for 1 second. Lower to the starting position. Rest 1 sec. 3 reps x 3 sets For variety, this exercise can be performed standing with support against a wall. If you already know how to stand))). Here's how I do it. Exercise 1. Standing (addition for the right leg) Perform standing in front of a support. Shift my weight to my left leg. I bring my right foot inward. Move my right leg out to the side and up. Hold at the top position for 1 second. Lower to the starting position. Rest 1 sec. 5 reps x 3 sets Exercise 1. Standing (addition for the left leg) Perform standing in front of a support. Shift my weight to my right leg. I bring my left foot inward. Move my left leg out to the side and up. - Hold for 1 second in the top position. Lower to the starting position. Rest 1 second. 5 reps x 3 sets. IMPORTANT! Perform very slowly. The lift-lower cycle lasts 5-6 seconds. Rest 30-60 seconds between sets. Exercise 2. With a resistance band. For the left leg. Perform while sitting on an elevated surface (chair/bed). Extend your legs in front of you. Place a resistance band on the foot of your left foot. Pull your left foot toward you so that the band is held in place. Bend your left leg at the knee and pull it toward your chest. Hold for 1 second. Straighten your leg and return to the starting position. Rest 1 second. 5 reps x 3 sets For the right leg. I perform this while sitting on an elevated surface (a chair or bed). I extend my legs in front of me. I place a resistance band on the foot of my right leg. I bring my right foot toward me. I bend my right knee and pull it toward my chest. Hold for 1 second. I straighten my leg and return to the starting position. Rest 1 second. 5 reps x 3 sets IMPORTANT! I perform this very slowly. Especially the extension! The flexion-extension cycle lasts 5-6 seconds. I rest 30-60 seconds between sets. I started doing these exercises with 1-2 reps x 1 set. I performed the movements with a small range of motion, 5-10-15 cm from the surface. As my strength and mobility recovered, I increased my range of motion, repetitions, and sets. Currently, I'm doing 10 repetitions x 3 sets. I'm diligently sharing my rehabilitation experience.
