Delicious Mutton Rara Curry Recipe | Restaurant Style | Food With Saad Raja . . . #muttonrara #raramuttoncurry #muttoncurry #mutton #curry #curryrecipe #muttonrecipe #recipe #cooking #homemade #homechef Recipe and Ingredients Mutton Marination: 1 Kg Mutton 1 TSP Salt 1 TSP Red Chili Powder 1 TBSP Coriander 1/2 TSP Garam Masala 1/2 TSP Turmeric 2 TBSP Oil 2 TBSP Ginger/Garlic Paste Mutton Mince Marination: Mutton Mince 750 grams 1/2 Cup Yogurt 1 TSP Salt 1 TSP Coriander Powder 3 Green Chilies 2 TBSP Chopped Ginger & Garlic (marinate for 30 minutes) 2 Cinnamon 7-8 Cloves 3 TBSP (Ginger, garlic and green chili paste. Mix these three ingredients together and crush it) 1/2 Kg Onions Sliced 1/2 TSP Kashmiri red chili 2 Tomatos Puree Fresh Coriander 1 TSP Garam Masala (marinate for 30 minutes) In a pan add 1/2 cup ghee, 2 Cinnamon and 7-8 Cloves. Cook for a minute and add 3 TBSP (Ginger, garlic and green chili paste. Mix these three ingredients together and crush it). Cook for 1-2 minutes and then add 1/2 Kg onion cut in slices. Cook onions until light brown in color. Then add 1 Kg Marinated Mutton and let it cook for 10-12 minutes. Now add 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder. Cook for a minute and add marinated mutton mince in meat. Cook it for 7-8 minutes until water separates from meat and mince. Now cook further cook for 10-12 minutes. At this stage add puree of 2 tomatos and cook for 8-10 minutes. Once bhunai is done, add 1/2 cup water and aslo check for salt at this stage. Add salt to taste. Now cook this curry for 15 minutes on pressure. Once pressure is completed, add 1/2 tsp garam masala and fresh coriander. The Mutton Rara is ready to be served!
