Habiter son corps plutôt que le regarder : ce que la DANSE m'a appris

What if the problem wasn't your body... but the fact that you spend your time looking at it instead of inhabiting it? In this episode, I share my experience with heels dance and everything it taught me about self-confidence, femininity, and my relationship with my body and clothing. For several months, I took classes without really knowing why I was there. I thought I'd learn a few choreographies. I ended up discovering so much more. Dance helped me to: ✨ break free from the critical gaze of the mirror ✨ feel my body rather than judge it ✨ develop my self-confidence ✨ explore my femininity in ways other than through appearance ✨ let go of what others think ✨ rediscover the joy of movement I'll tell you about my first class, my fears, my hang-ups, my initial refusal to participate in the end-of-year show... and how this adventure profoundly changed me. Because sometimes, confidence isn't built in front of a mirror. It's built through action. Enjoy listening ❤️ And if you're feeling like you're going through a transition right now, that you don't know what to wear, what to keep, or what direction to take… you can also book a call with me 🤍 Caroline Zalesky Image, Identity & Self-Confidence Mentor If this episode helped you, here's how you can help me: 1️⃣ Subscribe 🔔 so you don't miss anything 2️⃣ Leave a comment (I reply to everyone!) 3️⃣ Share this episode with someone who needs it 🔥 MY LIFE TRANSITION WORKSHOPS https://calendly.com/atode 🔥 DISCOVER Why dressing has become so complicated https://mailchi.mp/atode/transitions-... 🔥 JOIN ME   / garderobeminimaliste      / @atodefr   🔥 MY SERVICES https://www.atode.fr Write to me here: [email protected] See you soon, Caroline Zalesky
