Another Hands-On Teaching on the Four Directions Push Hands (四正推手) in the Romania Camp
Another hands-on lesson on the traditional Yang family Taiji pushing hand, Si Zheng Tui Shou, or four directions pushing hands at the Chuan Cheng Taijiquan camp in Romania. In this video, I tried to correct the transition between Peng and Ji during the pushing hands of my student. The principle of four directions pushing hands is "he use Peng, I use Lu, he use Ji, I use An," the four Jins must be correct and precise, and the transition on both sides should be continuous and smooth. Moreover, whether using the four Jins or the transitions, one must not lose his Peng Jin (掤劲不丢).
