Ludo a la Maison Season 12; Episode 3; Violife Breakfast Sandwich

Boom! Here we go, one of my favorite ways to eat an breakfast sandwich, and this one is with delicious plant based Vegan cheeses from Violife for all my LA friends! Seriously, its so good. RECIPE: Breakfast sandwich, Soft scrambled eggs, Violife Vegan cream cheese, Brioche bun To make two sandwiches 6ea Eggs, blended 6 tbsp Violife Vegan butter 4 tbsp Violife Vegan Cream cheese 8 Slices Violife Vegan American cheese 2 Brioche bun Salt White pepper Piment d'Espelette 1. Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat. 2. Brush half of it over the cut side of each bun. 3. Add the egg to the remaining butter along with the espelette and season with salt and white pepper. 4. Whisk constantly until they have set in small curds and are beginning to look dry, 5. Remove from the heat and whisk in the cream cheese. 6. Add the american cheese to the top and bottom of the bun and toast in the oven at 390 until melted. and plate the eggs on the bottom. 7. Add the cooked eggs and the top bun and heat in the oven until crunchy. (About 3 min) 8.
