"Electricity salespeople" show up at homes without prior notice and try to change the contract. This is the case of Pamela, who signed a contract "under duress and coercion." According to her, two salespeople showed up at her home as employees of a company, but it was fake. Impersonation by electricity companies is one of the most common scams, and document forgery is one of their most common practices. However, even if we sign a contract of this type, we have fourteen days to terminate it without any penalty.
