Today we're speaking frankly about two giants of the used car market in Spain: 👉 Flexicar 👉 Ocasión Plus And we're doing so from the workshop's real-world experience, with affected cars and customers. In the video, we show two real cases we currently have in the workshop: 🚗 A Mercedes from Flexicar that's been sitting for months 🚗 Another Mercedes from Ocasión Plus that also arrived with problems Both cars are here because the customers decided that, since we publicly denounce these situations, we should be the ones to try and solve the problem. But this is where the differences begin. 👀 🔧 The Flexicar case At the workshop, we've been waiting for months for outstanding payments for previous repairs. 📄 Unpaid bills 📞 Unanswered calls 📬 Ignored registered letters 🏬 Shops where no one offers explanations There are cars with repaired engines that can't be reassembled simply because the company isn't paying for the repairs. 💸 In one specific case, we've been waiting for €1,800 for months. And of course… if a previous repair isn't paid for, it's impossible to take on another one that could cost €7,000 or €8,000. The result is the worst possible scenario: 👉 The car is out of commission 👉 The customer is desperate 👉 The workshop is caught in the middle ⚙️ The case of Ocasión Plus Here, the situation has been very different. When a problem arises, they directly refer it to a responsible person to resolve it. In our specific case: 📞 The person in charge is contacted 📄 The estimate is sent 💳 And payment is made even before the repair begins Yes… exactly like that. The car wasn't even touched yet, and the estimate was already paid. ⚖️ The big question And this is where the debate we raise in the video comes in: 👉 How can it be that a larger company has more trouble resolving issues? 👉 And that a smaller one responds much faster? Is it a money issue? Is it an internal management issue? Or simply a lack of willingness to solve problems?
