When you think of tea, there are a few people that come to mind. But George Orwell is often regarded as the ultimate in tea knowledge, so today, I try out his step by step instructions to make the perfect tea. Plus, this video also gives me an excuse to show off my ever growing teapot collection. I'm an anglophile that loves all things British.
