Why can't your spirit find Him where you found Him yesterday? Because the Father is moving you into a closer and deeper relationship, and yesterday's methods will no longer work. I even like the fact that the Father doesn't leave it up to us to decide when to go; He simply takes us and moves us according to our age. Dear family, please recognize this season. This is not an attack from the devil, this is not a desert or a dry season; it is the Father Himself moving us into a much deeper and closer relationship than yesterday... And to begin something new, we must dry up and scoop up the old, otherwise we simply won't move on. It's human nature to always take the least difficult path, and as long as something still works, we won't abandon it. Just like the Prophet Elijah's spring dried up because God had planned to lead him further. Understand, dear ones, the Father is raising a mature generation of sons and daughters, and we must yield to His movement. I've noticed that the Father Himself will tear down what He built in the previous season. I remember the time when my children were growing up, and I personally tore down and dismantled what I had lovingly built with my own hands the previous season. But now that no longer works and is unsuitable, and out of love for my children, I absolutely must tear down the old in order to build the new. I remember their faces and their frightened looks as Svetlana and I literally carried everything out of their room. Family, in the spiritual world, everything happens exactly the same: each season brings not only good and pleasant things, but also much discomfort, misunderstanding, and even anger at God. But all this happens because we often fail to understand and recognize the seasons of transition. Heavenly Father is a Sovereign Person, and He does everything as and when He pleases. So what should we do in a season of transition? Completely and totally trust in the Father and His will. I personally have noticed that each transition into the next season entails a more serious reliance on the Father, and the removal of other reliances that are not based on God. The pain of transition lies in disconnection from external sources and supports. Understand that only that which is not founded and grounded in God will hurt. In the physical world, it's the opposite: the older a person is, the less dependent and grounded they are on their parents. But in the spiritual world, the more mature and profound you are, the more dependent and grounded you are on the Heavenly Father. That's why the Apostle Paul, at the height of his spiritual maturity, declared that it was no longer he who lived, but rather Jesus Christ Himself who now lived in him and through him. We are all in the process of maturing. I remember the time when I could live for weeks without prayer and contact with the Holy Spirit; now, for me, this is not only unthinkable, it's deadly. Even when the disciples asked Jesus, "Who is the greatest in the Kingdom?" (Matthew 18:1-4) Then the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Who then is the greatest of all in the kingdom of heaven?" Calling a child, Jesus placed him among them and said, "Believe Me, unless you turn and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles themselves and becomes like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." (BTI) Why a child? Because only a child is absolutely and completely dependent on their parents. And so, in the spiritual world, the greatest is the one who cannot live without the Heavenly Father. In this world, leaving one's parents' house is maturity, but in the spiritual world, returning to the Father's house and dwelling there all day is maturity. David writes as follows: (Psalm 27:4) One thing I ask of the Lord, and this is my desire: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, that I may behold the beauty of the Lord and meditate in His temple.
