Now, the practical execution. Step 1: Level Theory. Each day of the week uses a different brain. Sunday is inspirational, Monday to Wednesday is dense, Thursday is lighter, Friday-Saturday is light. If you post dense content every day, engagement drops. If you post shallow content every day, it also drops. Step 2: Function and Metrics. Monday is attraction and authority, Tuesday is education, Wednesday is behind-the-scenes, Thursday is lighter content. Each post has a function and expected metrics. The most important metric: screen retention time. 10,000 views in 1 minute are worth more than 1 million in 1 second. Step 3: Formats. I have 16 different formats. Vlog, short talk, behind-the-scenes, split screen, educational. The right format for the objective changes quality. Step 4: Distribution Channels. Not all content is feed. It can be stories, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube. Understanding where to place each element optimizes time. Step 5: Strategic Angles. A good idea but the wrong angle makes people keep scrolling. Invisible Error: shows mistakes made without realizing it. Behind-the-scenes with decision-making: shows the process, not just the result. Deep Work: strategy and execution. I divide my day into focused blocks. 1-1.5 hours without WhatsApp, without notifications. I record everything. Then I answer messages. I work in blocks.
