Drug Ring Allegations

The plaintiff used to be friends with the defendant, who has a child with the plaintiff’s brother. She says the defendant is a compulsive liar and was going to buy her furniture but never paid her for it. She’s suing for breach of contract and defamation of character. The defendant argues the plaintiff ran a drug ring out of her home and stored a drug compressor in the defendant’s home without her knowledge. She’s countersuing for harassment and slander.
