Bass spearfishing UK & how to get perfect crispy skin fish!

With restrictions easing and a small weather window I decided to go for a solo shore dive on the south coast of England. Despite the visibility there was quite a lot of life about including my target for the day - sea bass. The main reason I go spearfishing is to be able to have access to the best quality seafood available and I show you a favourite recipe I've been cooking of late.
