A property can have a "normal" or "abnormal" use. Normal use of the property is any use that does not cause inconvenience or harm to the neighbor. No property owner may use their property in an abnormal manner that causes harm to neighbors. Neighbors have the right to stop interference that is detrimental to the safety, peace, and health of those who live there, and to seek compensation if any damage occurs. To determine whether it is possible to seek an end to an interference, it is necessary to consider the zone (in the Municipal Master Plan) and analyze what would be considered "normal" for the area where the property is located.
