Today, I crossed the famous Lamjura La Pass (3,530m)—one of the highest points on the old Everest route before reaching the main Everest trail. The journey was nothing short of magical. I trekked through dense Himalayan forests filled with blooming rhododendron flowers, making this one of the most beautiful sections of the entire Everest trail. After crossing the pass, I descended towards the stunning village of Junbesi, a peaceful Sherpa settlement surrounded by mountains.
