Since our floor structure is extremely low, we had to find a completely new solution together with TECE and Botament. Instead of insulation and standard studded panels, we're using a method that's not normally used in the trade: The studded panels are glued with PU foam! Sounds crazy? That's exactly why we spent hours consulting and planning the whole thing down to the last detail. In the video, you'll see why we had to rely on this special construction, how the Botament multifunctional primer is applied, why PU foam ensures the stability of the panels, how the TECE 5-layer composite pipe is installed in a studded pattern, which errors can easily occur during gluing and installation, and what you absolutely have to pay attention to when bending, fastening, and spacing. 📌 Important note: This solution was customized for our construction site.
