I ran through the foods I’m currently buying, the protein, carb and vegetable choices I’m prioritising, and explained why. No gimmicks, no random “superfoods”, just foods that fit my goals, keep me full and help me stay on track. After the shop I headed home and prepped 3 meals I’m currently eating during prep so you can see exactly how I’m structuring things right now. Simple meals. High protein. Foods I actually enjoy.
